i had a concert at the meo arena the hotel was amazing location within walking distance of the venue and lots of awesome restaurants it was beautifully decorated i found the staff very attentive

A few issues, but mostly okay
helpful staff convenient location small lifts basic shower
The location worked well for the main train station. I had to go to the MEO arena and that was also near. The staff was helpful and cute. They were really useful to me.
The shower was over a bath. This was not like a 5 star hotel. I think it was 4 star at best. There was not a luxury feel about hotel from the small lifts.

small pool unfriendly staff
I found a few issues . the air conditioning was set to heating throughout the entire building and the rooms felt very hot. In my first room, the climate control didn't work, so i had to move to a smaller room, inconvenient. the pool was also quite small and lacked any umbrellas, that was bad given the intense heat. i also found the reception staff to be somewhat unfriendly and difficult to reach quickly, so the service was disappointing.

king size bed comfortable bed double sink ice bucket slow check-in low fat milk missing milk limited staff
the room included a king-size bed. it was very comfortable and i slept really well. the bathroom had a double sink, that was very practical. the barman also provided an ice bucket for my wine.
the check in felt slow. there seemed to be one person available to help. also, i didn't find low fat milk. i thought it was a strange thing to be missing.

really good service, clean and luxurious!
luxurious hotel perfect cleanliness kind staff helpful bellboy
the hotel was luxurious, offering great comfort and cleanliness. the staff was patient and kind, always smiling. aline, antonio, yaiza, raisa, and daniel at reception were especially helpful. emilio, the bellboy, was also very friendly. i appreciated the team's consistent professionalism.
The gym was tiny. it lacked the equipment necessary for a proper workout. There were only a couple of machines and limited free weights.

My room included a spacious layout. it featured a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with separate sinks. It was very practical. the river view from the window was quite nice.

The hotel is close to the metro station. this made accessing many attractions straightforward. the area was quiet. It allowed for relaxation.

i found breakfast to be delicious and varied. the selection included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. the hotel restaurant offered a lovely dinner. service was attentive.

The reception staff provided excellent assistance at all times. they were quick to address requests. the bellboy was readily available. He helped with luggage and directions efficiently!

wastewater smell power outages
breakfast included many options and proved very delicious.
The room smelled of wastewater even with the window open at all times. only a small gap could be opened. a cheap plastic tube kept the shower head aimed at the wall, rendering it unusable. several very brief power outages affected wifi connectivity for quite some time.
